The Trump Organization and Bayrock Group are also developing the Trump International Hotel& Residences Phoenix,located in the prestigious neighborhood of Biltmore. A graduate of the Moscow Instituteof Tradeand Economics, Mr. Arif began his career with the Ministry of Commerce and Trade in the former Soviet Union. During his 17-year tenure there, Mr.Arif moved up to become the chief economist and then finally the deputy director of the Ministry's Department of Hotel Management. In 1988, MrArif departed the Ministry of Commerce and Trade, moving on to set up several private trade and hospitality companies.
